About this call
The Image Centre in Toronto offers the Howard Tanenbaum Fellowship for artists conducting artistic research in its photography collections, including the Black Star Collection of photo-reportage. Applicants submit a 1,000-word project proposal, a CV, a portfolio or moving-image sample, and one letter of recommendation by email.
