About this call
Arch Enemy Arts, a contemporary art gallery in Philadelphia's historic Old City neighborhood, invites artists worldwide to submit original works for its 2027 open call exhibition. The annual juried show brings together painting, drawing, fiber art, original hand-pulled printmaking, sculpture, and physical collage for a curated group exhibition opening February 5, 2027. The call is open to all artists aged 18 and older, regardless of location. International submissions are welcome. Works must have been created in 2025 or 2026, be in excellent condition, and arrive ready for gallery installation. Each artist may submit up to three works per application. A non-refundable $18 submission fee applies. Artists accepted by Arch Enemy Arts within the past three years are not eligible to reapply, ensuring fresh representation with each edition. Selected artists will be notified by November 24, 2026. The exhibition runs through Valentine's Day, a high-traffic period for the gallery in Philadelphia's most concentrated arts district. Works are sold on consignment; the gallery retains 50% commission on sales. Arch Enemy Arts does not accept reproductions, digital prints, giclees, or AI-generated work. All submitted pieces must be original and physically present for the duration of the show. The gallery is located at 109 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
