About this call
Delfina Foundation, in collaboration with Tate, invites applications for two six-month Brooks International Fellowship positions based at Tate Britain in 2027. Now in its thirteenth year, the programme enables international researchers based outside the UK to work alongside Tate colleagues, with complementary activities at Delfina Foundation. Two fellowship tracks are available: one focuses on Leonora Carrington's theatrical and performative practice, requiring knowledge of Mexican cultural and performance histories; the other supports research into the 2028 Tate Britain Commission through the lens of artists working with supported studios for disabled and neurodivergent practitioners. Fellows will undertake foundational archival and curatorial research contributing to Tate's programme development. Both fellowships run April 5 to September 17, 2027. Applications close October 21, 2026 at 17:00 GMT.
