About this call
Funded by the Arts Council of Ireland, the Creative Spark Artist-in-Residence Programme in Dundalk, Ireland, offers three residency opportunities for 2027: a County Louth Artist Residency, a National Artist Residency for artists living elsewhere on the island of Ireland, and an International Artist Residency for artists based outside Ireland. Residents get shared studio space with water supply, access to the Fine Art Print Studio, Darkroom, FabLab, Textile Lab and Kiln Room, technical support where appropriate, and opportunities for public engagement, artist talks, workshops or demonstrations and to exhibit work locally. Applications are assessed on the quality of the artist's work, the strength and feasibility of the proposed project, the potential impact on the artist's practice and professional development, and the applicant's commitment to engagement. Accommodation is not provided.
