All prices are in US dollars, before tax. Every work you enter counts toward a plan, including the ones sold or returned. On the first plan, client links use an arthead.world address, and price lists and invoices carry a small Back Room mark. The free trial asks for a card; cancel within the 14 days and nothing is charged. Every plan holds up to 10 people; for more, talk to us.

The books
US$20a month
Every sale, payment and payout lands in them on its own. Add every other cost with its receipt, from a fair’s booth fee to new lights, and your accountant gets one package at the year’s end.
Another space
20% offits plan
A second gallery or another city, with its own works, money, people and currency.
A website made for you
Quoted
Designed around your work, never from a template, and connected to Back Room. We only take one client at a time.
Ask about a websiteWhat a team pays.
Prices a month, in US dollars, for the cheapest plan that holds your team and your works, as published on each system’s own pricing page on October 22, 2026, at its price for the shortest term it sells (month to month; Artlogic, by the quarter), not the lower price of a year paid at once. A person: Arternal US$95 (500 works), US$195 (1,500) and US$325 (any number); Artlogic’s gallery management US$132 (25,000 works, more on request); ArtCloud US$99 (200 works), US$132 (25,000) and US$193 (any number). Websites and other add‑ons cost more. Back Room holds up to 10 people a plan; for more, talk to us.

Every work you enter, including the ones sold or returned.
Who counts as a person?
Anyone who signs in to your space. Two are included in every plan, and a plan holds up to 10; for more, talk to us.
Do artists pay less?
Yes. An artist’s plans start at US$25 a month, with the same tools a gallery has.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with 14 days free. We ask for a card at the start and charge nothing until the 14 days are over; cancel before then and you pay nothing. Until February 28, 2027, we move your records in for you, free.
