About this call
Seven House Gallery, a contemporary art and creative events space in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn, is curating its own group exhibition for Spring 2027, exploring the diverse realities of mental health and mental illness. The show aims to create a supportive, reflective space where personal narratives, emotional landscapes and unseen struggles can be expressed through visual art. Emerging and established artists are welcome. The curatorial team is led by artist Tyvette Symone, with Matthew Chambers and psychiatrist Ayodola Adigun, MD, as co-curators. Photography, painting, drawing, mixed media, video, poetry and sculpture are considered.
