About this call
L'AiR Arts runs an international arts research residency at Atelier 11, the last surviving studio of Cité Falguière in the Montparnasse district of Paris, France. The residency supports self-directed individual projects: residents carry out artistic projects, develop research, workshop new ideas and expand their international network, and can present their work in event formats such as open studios, exhibitions and talks. Stays range from 2 weeks to 2 months, with dates coordinated case by case. The host offers several fee structures: a funded residency (which may also include travel and/or research and production stipends), a subsidized residency at 625 euro per week, and a full cost residency at 1250 euro per week.
