ECF Fellowship: Researching the ECF Historical Archives
About this call
The European Cultural Foundation invites applications for a fellowship programme to research its historical archives, which are held at the Historical Archives of the European Union (HAEU) in Florence, embedded within the European University Institute's scholarly community. Two tracks are offered: an Academic Research Fellowship with a grant of 5,000 EUR, and an Artistic Research Fellowship with a grant of 10,000 EUR. Grants cover travel, accommodation, and living expenses; the artistic track also covers artistic production. Fellows work substantially with archival materials. Outcomes must be completed and publicly presented or published within two years of signing the grant agreement. There is no application fee. The deadline is 30 September 2026 at 17:00 CET.
