JOY! Collective East London Studio Artist Residency 2026

JOY! Collective is opening its East London studio at JOY! Factory for an artist residency running 28 September to 23 October 2026. The studio is filled with materials, tools, books, workshop facilities and plenty of space to experiment, and the collective is looking for someone who has an idea they have never quite had the room, time or resources to explore. The framing is deliberately loose: not polished outcomes or finished masterpieces, but curiosity, ambition and the creative process itself. The residency is self directed and unpaid, and the studio backs it with resources, guidance and mentoring. Applications go through the form on the residency page and close on 15 August.
