About this call
The 9th Annual AnkhLave Garden Project Fellowship invites early-career artists based in the five boroughs of New York City, prioritizing those who identify as BIPOC, to create site-responsive sculpture and installation at the intersection of nature, culture, and place. Six selected artists take part in a Winter Workspace residency from February 23 to April 18, 2027, with workspace inside Wave Hill's gardens. The work culminates in an outdoor group exhibition in the Glyndor Terrace Garden or a solo indoor presentation. Each fellow receives an $1,800 stipend, and two additional Van Lier fellows receive an $8,000 honorarium plus further support.
