申请要求

The call for projects is open to all artists, and artist groups are permitted and strongly encouraged. Phase 1 is a portfolio selection round that will shortlist four to five artists or groups to develop a preliminary project in phase 2. Dossiers must be submitted both on paper and by email in PDF by 5 p.m. on Thursday 20 August 2026 to the Service de la culture, Ville de Neuchâtel. The procedure is not anonymous. Late or incomplete applications are excluded. The client favours a mobile or temporary intervention; any physical installation must be for a fixed period or easily relocated by city services.
