LOWE! 提供七项全新委托，邀请艺术家与创意人士为 North Shields Cultural Quarter 的全新艺术周末创作原创、因地制宜的作品；该活动是 2027 年 3 月在镇中心举办的一个创意长周末。艺术家可通过光、叙事、参与、地方、记忆或可见性等切入照明主题，分为三个方向：Moving Light、Urban Illumination 与 Social Spotlight。欢迎个人、团体及协作团队申请，不限职业阶段。LOWE! 尤其鼓励残障、失聪或听障、神经多样、LGBTQ+、工人阶级艺术家，以及来自种族与族裔边缘化社群的艺术家申请。委托预算为：Glow 两项各 6000 英镑、Ember 两项各 3000 英镑、Sparkle 三项各 1000 英镑。
