申请要求

Open to local, national, and international artists and artist teams. Applicants must be over 18 and not concurrently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, must show a history of complex, large-scale, site-specific permanent outdoor public art projects of comparable budget and scope, and must be willing to travel to the site.
