About this call

Kellie Miller Arts, an independent gallery in Brighton, United Kingdom, holds its second annual Open Call Exhibition, this year open to artists based across South East England. The gallery welcomes 2D works (drawing, painting, photography and textiles) and 3D works suitable for indoor display (sculpture, glass or ceramics, with glass and ceramics focused on sculptural rather than functional pieces). Selected works are shown in the first floor gallery from 12 February to 29 March 2027 and are available for sale, marketed by the gallery to its clients.

• Open to artists aged 18 or older based in South East England (East and West Sussex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Kent, Oxfordshire and Surrey) who have never been represented by KMA Gallery. Each artwork entry costs £38 including VAT; up to three entries. 2D works (drawing, painting, photography, textiles) must be framed or mounted to a professional standard, up to 100 cm on the longest side; space for the largest pieces is limited and there is more availability for smaller works. 3D works must be suitable for indoor display: sculpture, glass or ceramics, with glass and ceramics focused on sculptural rather than functional pieces. Selection is made from the digital submission in the week after the deadline, and applicants are notified by email by 22 January 2027. Selected works must be delivered on 8 February 2027 and will be available for sale.
