About this call

Langley City in British Columbia, Canada, is commissioning a mural for Douglas Park. It will wrap around the park's recently completed washroom facility and is the City's largest mural commissioned to date, celebrating the park as a place where the community connects and takes part in programs and events. The mural should reflect the vibrancy and diversity of Douglas Park and is expected to be completed in June 2027. The selected artist or artists receive an all-inclusive honorarium of CAD 12,000, out of which they cover their own fees, materials, equipment, insurance and transportation.
