About this call
The Roberto Cimetta Fund, based in Paris, France, is opening an emergency call to fund professional travel for artists and cultural professionals from, or living in, Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, Yemen and Sudan, with a focus on countries and artists living through a crisis or a state of emergency. Each grant can reach EUR 600 and covers international and national travel, visa and consular processing fees and a basic daily allowance. Where the host structure can provide it, accommodation is covered by the host, and the Fund introduces beneficiaries to its partners on the ground; neither comes out of the grant. Supported activities are professional training, creation and residency, and dissemination and networking. The call document lists the approved travel corridors as the five countries, Europe, and artists living abroad returning to their country of origin; travel between European cities by artists living abroad is not eligible. Results are announced on 30 November 2026 and travel can take place between 16 January and 30 June 2027. The call is supported by the French Ministry of Culture.
