Open Call 2027: Urban Ecologies, Coexistence and Control

About this call

Lendhafen in Klagenfurt, Austria invites artists, designers, architects, performers, and theorists working in interdisciplinary contexts to propose site-specific works addressing urban ecologies, coexistence, and control. Selected projects will be realized at Lendhafen between June and September 2027, with funding for production, artist fees, and travel.

Who can apply

• Open to applicants of any nationality
• Medium: Installation / Performance
• Free entry
• Open to individuals and collectives based in Austria and abroad working in interdisciplinary contexts (art, design, architecture, performance, theory). Proposals should address relationships between humans, animals, plants, and technological systems in shared urban spaces. Submit one PDF (project outline of up to 3 A4 pages, short biography or CV, and portfolio of up to 10 pages, 15 MB maximum) by email to office@lendhauer.org with the subject "Open Call 2027".
