About this call

International Art Frontier 2027, Venice Winter Edition, is an open call for visual artists of all nationalities with a free theme. The curatorial team of Moho Gallery reviews all submissions; 12 selected artists exhibit in a final collective exhibition at the gallery's two venues in Cannaregio, Venice, and 4 of them are chosen for a solo exhibition and a €1,000 prize each toward the costs of their solo show. The exhibitions run between January and March 2027, each lasting 15 days. The gallery covers round-trip shipping for the works of all 12 selected artists and provides accommodation in Venice in a double room for the opening day. The 12 selected artists will be announced on December 15, 2026.

• Entry fee: €35
• Open to visual artists of all nationalities, with no age restrictions, emerging and established, in any visual medium; the theme is free. Entry fee €35 for the first artwork and €20 for each additional artwork, up to 10 works per application (1 image or video per work, JPG or PNG suggested, videos as a YouTube link, 30MB per file), paid by credit/debit card or PayPal at submission. The fee is non-refundable and submissions cannot be changed through the platform after payment. Individual artists and groups or collectives may apply; for each work give the title, description, category and year of creation. Per the call, the fee covers administrative costs and contributes to the exhibition production fund; the public pages mention no further fee for selected artists. By submitting, artists grant International Art Frontier and Moho Gallery a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce images of the works for promotional, editorial and archival use related to the prize and exhibition.
