Consider This a Gift: An Exhibition of Small-Scale Art

Sophia Stef Gallery in Lambertville, New Jersey, United States, invites artists to submit small-scale original work for Consider This a Gift, a juried holiday exhibition running December 5, 2026 to January 9, 2027. Paintings, drawings, photography, textiles, ceramics, sculpture, printmaking and mixed media are accepted, and all styles, subjects and experience levels are welcome. No side may exceed 15 inches including framing, and every work must be priced at $500 or less. Buyers may take purchased work home directly off the wall during the exhibition. Artists receive 70% of each sale.

• All styles, subjects and experience levels are welcome. Up to 5 original works for a flat $50 submission fee, paid by Zelle, Venmo, or cash or check delivered to the gallery; work is not considered until payment and all required materials are received. No side may exceed 15 inches including framing; every work must be priced at $500 or less. 2D work must be finished and ready to hang, preferably with a wire on the verso; 3D work must be stable and safe to display. Submit through the gallery's online form; email submissions are not accepted unless the gallery approves them. Notification November 20, 2026. Accepted work must be delivered to the gallery on November 21 or 22 (1:00 to 5:00 PM) or November 28 (12:00 to 4:00 PM); other drop-off arrangements must be approved in advance, and artists sign an Artist Agreement on delivery. Sold work may be removed from the exhibition at any point after the sale and is not held until the exhibition closes. Unsold work is picked up January 9, 2027; after January 16 a storage fee of $10 per day applies, and work not collected by April 16, 2027 becomes the gallery's property, subject to the signed Artist Agreement and applicable law. Commission: 70% artist, 30% gallery.
