About this call
The City of St. Catharines seeks a large-scale original mural for the Ontario Street Parking Garage in downtown St. Catharines to mark the city's 150th anniversary. The mural should reflect the city's story by exploring its past, present, and future. This is a two-stage selection process: Stage 1 requests a statement of interest and portfolio; shortlisted artists advance to Stage 2 to develop detailed concept proposals.
