About this call
The Mori Contemporary Art Foundation in Japan invites curators residing outside Japan to apply for a one to three month residency in Tokyo. The program, running April 2027 through March 2028, supports professional curators with five or more years of experience in contemporary art to conduct research in Japan, with priority given to research tied to specific future exhibitions or projects. Residents receive single accommodation with breakfast, round-trip economy airfare, and up to 200,000 yen for domestic research expenses. No age or nationality restrictions.
