About this call

The Fall Show is the long running juried exhibition of the non profit Lake Granbury Art Association, held at the Shanley House Gallery in a limestone building from 1886 just off the courthouse square. The juror selects up to 65 works from artists across the country, and everything on view is for sale. Accepted media cover traditional painting and drawing, sculpture, assemblage, glass and ceramics; photography is handled by a separate LGAA show and AI generated work is refused. Entries must be original, made in the last three years, and never shown in a previous LGAA juried competition. The show opens on 1 October 2026, holds its reception and awards presentation on 17 October, stays open through Granbury's Harvest Moon Festival of the Arts in late October, and closes on 15 November. Prize money is about 6,000 dollars in total, led by a 1,000 dollar Best of Show. First entry costs 45 dollars with up to two more at 10 dollars each.
