About this call
Prisma Art Prize is an independent international painting prize organised in Rome, Italy, now in its 20th edition. The current open call runs from June 4 to September 10, 2026, with laureate and exhibition selections announced in September 2026. Selected works are presented in a group exhibition at Contemporary Cluster in Rome. The prize distributes an annual cash fund of EUR 2,000 across its quarterly calls, alongside solo show and artist residency opportunities at partner venues including Dar Meso in Tunis and Casacon in Italy. The entry fee is EUR 34 for one to three artworks, plus EUR 5 for each additional work up to eight. The call focuses on the medium of painting and welcomes both emerging and established artists.
