About this call
New Mexico Arts and its Art in Public Places Program, working with the Art in Transit Program of the North Central Regional Transit District, will commission nine artists to create digital artwork for perforated steel panels on three Blue Bus shelters in Taos, Espanola and Santa Fe. Selected artists create original work reflecting local culture, landscapes, languages and traditions, then submit digital files for committee review. Printing and installation are handled by the transit district. Applications are submitted online and there is no entry fee.
