About this call
The Winnipeg Arts Council invites professional artists to submit Expressions of Interest for a multi-panel public artwork in the entry corridor of the new Mike O'Shaughnessy Library in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The selected artist or artist team will create a cohesive multi-panel artwork and supply high-resolution digital files for integration into laminated bulkheads along the mall corridor. The selection follows a two-stage process focused on approach and qualifications.

- Open to professional artists in Winnipeg and surrounding region (Treaty 1 Territory). Applications encouraged from Indigenous (First Nations, Metis, Inuit), Black, racialized, 2SLGBTQ+, non-binary, Deaf artists, and artists with disabilities. Two-stage selection: stage 1 reviews approach and qualifications. No entry fee.
