About this call
DOK Short n' Sweet is a short film pitch at DOK Leipzig focused on the financing and distribution of short documentary, animated documentary and animated films as well as series. Up to eight selected project teams pitch for seven minutes in front of an international panel of buyers, programmers and distributors, then continue the conversation in one on one meetings. Projects from all over the world are accepted at any stage from development to completion, with an anticipated running time of no more than 30 minutes. The 10th edition takes place in Leipzig on 28 October 2026.
