About this call
Tubac Center of the Arts opens its outdoor sculpture garden to a national juried exhibition of original three dimensional work for the third year running. Because pieces sit outside for eight months, everything submitted has to be weatherproof and able to hold up in the southern Arizona climate. Stone, metal and mixed media approaches are all accepted, and the point of the show is to pull visitors into the recently reworked grounds around the art centre. Gary Slater is the juror for this edition. The exhibition runs from 5 October 2026 to 30 May 2027. Awards are announced at the opening reception, led by a 300 dollar Best of Show. Entry is 35 dollars for the first submission and 5 dollars for each of up to two more.
