About this call
The City of Kansas City, Missouri One Percent for Art program is commissioning a permanent 3D public artwork for a dedicated 20-foot-diameter site at the southeast corner of 135th Street and Holmes Road, as part of the Holmes Road streetscape improvements in the historic Martin City neighborhood. Qualified visual artists or artist teams may apply, with a minimum commission budget of $270,000.
