"PAL invites national, regional, and local artists" to submit. Artists must be at least 18 years old, work must be original and created within the past two years, and all entries must be available for purchase. Work made in a supervised setting is ineligible, and AI may be used only in a supporting role, not to generate the artwork. No country of residence is printed in the prospectus; the show is presented as a United States national open call.
