FAQ
What’s the difference between Free and Newsletter?
A free account browses every call and searches 3 times a day; once you set your preferences you can ask for one sample digest picked from them, once per inbox. Newsletter subscribers can also search as often as they like, filter the list, save calls, see only the ones they can enter, and get calls picked for their preferences by email, weekly, every two weeks or monthly, as they choose.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel anytime, no questions asked. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable for the remaining balance.
What happens to what I give the Studio Assistant?
What you give the assistant, every version of the drafts it produces, and the artist profile it builds from your materials are stored in your own account and shown only to you. So that a draft can use your real exhibitions and dates, the assistant reads the contents of the materials you point it at, including your CV, statement, proposals and artwork images, and sends them with the call’s listing to our model provider, which does not train on them. Nothing is sent unless you use the assistant. Section 3 of the privacy policy sets out the detail.
