ZMINA: Resilience. Support for International Showcasing of Co-creation Projects
About this call
IZOLYATSIA Foundation in Ukraine, together with Malý Berlín in Slovakia and Trans Europe Halles in Sweden, runs this rolling open call within the ZMINA:Resilience project. It funds projects that bring artistic and cultural works co-created by Ukrainian and other Creative Europe organisations to wider audiences through public showcasing and presentation events in Ukraine and across other Creative Europe countries. Supported projects are expected to adapt the showcased works to new audiences by contextualising them, providing translation, involving local artists, experts and communities, and running parallel programmes. The call is open for 16 months with selection rounds roughly every three or four months, so projects that are ready to tour now and projects that need more preparation time can both apply.

- Applicants must be organisations working in the arts and culture sectors and registered in Creative Europe countries; Ukrainian applicants must be registered in territories under the effective control of the Ukrainian government. Applications from individuals are not accepted. Each project must involve at least two partner organisations from at least two countries, one of which is Ukraine, and must hold at least 6 public presentation events, with at least 3 events in each of two countries. Presentation events cannot take place in the home city or town of any applicant organisation. All creative and cultural sectors are eligible except audiovisual. Applicants must co-finance at least 10% of total project costs in monetary form, not in kind. The implementation period is up to 7 months and may only start after the grant agreement is signed. Applications are submitted in English on the IZOLYATSIA platform with a guarantee letter, registration documents and organisational statutes uploaded as PDFs.
