Ucross Residency Program (Spring 2027)

About this call

The Ucross Foundation offers fully funded residencies on a 20,000-acre working ranch in the foothills of Wyoming's Bighorn Mountains. The program welcomes artists from around the world, including visual artists, writers, composers, choreographers, performance artists, interdisciplinary practitioners, and collaborative teams; both established and emerging artists may apply. This call is for the Spring 2027 session, which runs February through early June, with individual residencies lasting two to six weeks. There is no charge: Ucross provides living accommodations, chef-prepared meals, work space, and uninterrupted time, with linens and weekly housekeeping. Artists supply their own materials and arrange travel to Sheridan, Wyoming.
